Exchange and return policies

• The product must be returned as it was received from the representative with all its contents in the original condition, the product cannot be replaced or returned in the event of any modification by the tailor.

•  Products must be returned in their original condition. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Products during your possession and may refuse a return, exchange, or refund request.

• According to local and international retail industry standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: accessories (neckties, belts, cufflinks, suit pins, socks, wallets, pockets, handkerchiefs, suspenders, hats, and shirts) following consumer protection laws.

• Returned In the event of defective, damaged, or improperly delivered products, we may offer you a replacement product or will refund you in full through possible means, including any shipping expenses you have paid (if applicable). In any case, you must return the defective, damaged, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition they were received with the presentation of the original invoice.

• The return or exchange process usually takes 3 to 5 working days, knowing that Friday and Saturday are off for the shipping company until the process of receiving the product is completed and its condition is verified.

• Please note that if you return your order, you will incur a shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund. And double shipping fees in case of replacement.

Exchange or return process through the website:-

• Exchanges and returns must be made within the guidelines in our return policy. Contact our customer service on the (dedicated number) and tell them that you want to exchange or return the product. Share the required details with a customer service representative.

• The amount will be refunded upon confirmation of return or exchange and confirmation of the condition of the product.

Cancel the order:-

• If you wish to cancel your order and have chosen to pay cash on delivery (COD), you can do so directly through the website or contact us at (the designated number)

• If you pay by credit or debit card, you can do so by contacting our customer service team on WhatsApp during working hours and within one hour of placing the order.

• If you have paid by credit or debit card, and you cancel by this paragraph, we will cancel the order and refund (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for the timing of the reflection on your account as this depends on banking procedures.

• Please note that we cannot accept cancellations in case of an ordered exit, in which case it can only be canceled through the refund/refund process mentioned above.
